DANSK Wishes: Campari

You can’t miss it. It’s everywhere on the Copenhagen party scene and DANSK readers might already have tasted the seductive cocktail. At DANSK we are convinced: if you like Campari, you are going to love Negroni.

The Campari-based drink is a variation on the Americano and is an oldie but goodie developed at the former Caffé Casoni in Florence back in 1919. In true Mad Men-style we’d rather like to add a cocktail to the Christmas tradition in the flavor of the Negroni.

Negroni recipe:

Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes, stir well and serve with a slice of orange.
