Gucci a go-go

L-O-V-I-N-G the Gucci Twitter this weekend. The Gucci Masters are on (that’s a major showjumping event for those of you that don’t speak horse), and fittingly, the Gucci team – Charlotte Casiraghi and Edwina Tops-Alexander – won the fancy dress Style and Competition class for their Gucci disco ensembles and clear rounds. It’s probably a good thing I didn’t see these costumes when I was 12. There would have been major pre-teen tantrums over the fact that I couldn’t have sparkly Gucci jodhpurs and a tasseled Gucci belt for my fancy dress event at the pony club.

Hurts hotness at Mulberry

So yeah. Mulberry know how to throw a party. The ballroom at Claridge’s was covered in balloon animals and seaside funfair props – I failed at the claw machine but DANSK contributor Anthony Stephinson won a totes cute Mulberry bear. So. Jealous.

And then Hurts went on and I think I nearly died. Right after I’m done marrying my boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio I’m marrying Theo, who wears sunglasses at night, throws white roses at the audience (Anders Sølvsten Thomsen caught one. So. Jealous.) and draws emo-goth crosses in the air. And they played Kylie’s Confide in Me, which is only, like, one of the best songs ever.

We’re not normally in the business of taking pics of celebs at shows, but we had to get a sneaky little shot (sorry, sneaky wee little shot, of course) of Lorraine Kelly sitting FROW at Julien Macdonald. Love the Lorraine.

Kanye West was spotted walking out of Papercut shop in Stockholm with the latest issue of DANSK Magazine!

HBO, we heart you

I know, CW. You think I’m cheating on you with that headline, but don’t worry. You and I are still, like, forever, baby. It’s just that HBO have been luring me in with their totes amazing Game of Thrones. If you haven’t already watched the first season, you are missing out.

So come with me, as I take you to a medieval fantasy land far, far away, filled with ridic hawtness. Oh, and HBO: please if you can also add James Marsters and Jamie Campbell Bower to the Games next season I’d really appreciate it.

The hotness that is Harry Lloyd. I’m way upset *spoiler alert* that Kahl Drogo gave him that, um, golden shower.

Denmark’s hottest export. Someone give Nikolaj Coster-Waldau a Ralph Lauren campaign already.

To me, he’ll always be Stuart Alan Jones in Queer as Folk, but Aidan Gillen is still hot damn as Littlefinger. And he gets a gif because it’s all about the eyebrow action.

The Biebs’ impressive discography – My World, My World 2.0, and My Worlds: The Collection – is playing nonstop at Camp DANSK today, and it’ll be a bloody better issue for it, Justin! You smile, we smile.

Because of you, Justin – and, in part, Jayden Smith – we’ve learned never to say never and keep working towards that Monday morning, when it’s all done and dusted. We’ll buy you anything, we’ll buy you any ring.

Miss Jackson

Last night, Junior Madsen and I went to see Janet Jackson at the Royal Albert Hall. So much wow. So much magic. The voice, the face, the body, the moves. And Janet proved that you don’t need to get on stage half-naked in a skimpy bra and a pair of sparkly knickers to look ridiculously sexy hawt. Respect, Miss Jackson.

I think I nearly died when she did the If dance routine. And Scream and Together Again were beyond amazing. We heart Janet SO much.

Bridget the babe

This isn’t Bridget Hall’s first entry on the DANSK blog, but that’s because when you’re a major babe you get to be featured a lot. I think I need to have some words with Mr and Mrs Boss regarding a shoot with Bridget for our S/S 12 issue. Preferably something involving Ralph Lauren. Lots of it.
